Recently reapplied after living in the building 2016-2020 when adderhold management was over it and I can say the new management is rude and terrible. Not only do they income verify with a company that can't take w2s or bank statements, they asked me to get a guarantor for a room I made well over for but couldn't accept my brokerage account that had more than a years worth of the rent. They also showed no paperwork of the requirements and were reluctant to send me a email of the income requirements. They waited to after their admin fees were collected to then ask for paperwork. They also can not send any info to the company that verifies or vice versa. Candy did a masterful job of redirecting me to the other company while acting as if it was ridiculous to ask for the written or itemized requirements. The new management would be better suited to be a call center for deaf people, no one should have to listen to them think out loud for information that should be written or typed. Please dodge the bullet and seek other housing, because this is a lot for a building that still doesn't even have a parking garage. I miss aderhold and the old management already.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany and Quinn yesterday and they were AMAZING. I actually thought Tiffany was the property manager with how professional she was and well she spoke and dressed! Quinn was very knowledgeable on the property even tho it was just one unit to show and not the unit that I was looking for. I did a walk in tour and the both of them were VERY friendly and eager to get me to lease a unit that they didn’t even have yet. I definitely will be coming back in October to look at the new open unit.

Tiffany, from the bottom of my heart thank you. I rarely write reviews but this one here, this Property Manager is so intentional and detail oriented. She made my move so seamless, and it was a long distance move. She communicated potential issues, I asked for assistance she made time....She brought at welcome home gift to my apartment it wad so cute and thoughtful. My initial apartment was not ready and she assured that a similar apartment was turned over quickly. Tiffany, girl, you a whole prize as a housing specialist...i speak from experience...YOU THE REAL DEAL. I feel safe and at home at the Muses. Roosevelt, the concerige is a breath of fresh air. Any assistance that I needed, he was able to direct me or assist me. The new maintenance staff is amazing as well, assertive and asks questions if he does not know. So grateful to have a great staff in place, home is not just about the structure but the people in it. I feel at home, and I am secure in my decision. If any problems or concerns arise I know I am in good hands.

Absolutely gorgeous property, downtown with amazing prices. I'm very disappointed because I am currently moving from NC to ATL and they do not accept offer letters. I have no way to prove to them that I will be able to make 3x the rent. After asking about the application process and how it works, the leasing consultant I spoke with Candy, made me feel very dumb while trying to get clarification. Just a heads up for anyone who moving here from out of state, please make sure that you are currently making 3x the rent. I just feel the overall "assistance" was not very helpful and knowing that I can not apply because per Candy's words " and even if you apply and your stubs do not show you make the rent amount regardless of your new employment you just wont be approved". Dreams were SHUT DOWN, but I do understand everyone's policy is different, however, I feel some type of cooperation and further questioning to the PM or RM (if this is a one person property making her the LC and PM altogether) could have happened. As stated before, if you're moving from out of state just make sure you're making 3x the rent. Good luck to all and hopefully they can look over the policy and make some adjustments for out of towners. Happy leasing :) .
