One of the things that attracted me to this shop, besides its proximity to where I live, and what keeps me coming back is that their turnaround time is generally faster than other shops I've visited, who have had wait times up to 2 weeks or more. Where they shine is the quick turnaround time, especially for tune-ups and fairly straightforward repairs. If you have a more challenging issue or want a shop that can spend more time repairing components vs. replacing them, then this shop probably isn't what you're looking for. The fast turnaround does come at a cost.

I believe associates Brandon and Martin serviced me. They were both thorough in explaining the tuneups for my bikes. Both were customer friendly. My two mountain bikes were tuned up in less than 24 hrs. Took them home and took them for a ride. They ran great.
