S9 far, so good! Nice folks here at Bike Works. I dropped off my wife's bike for a tuneup, new tubes & tires. I'm waiting to hear back to tell me what all is needed to bring her bike up top shape. This is a nice little bike shop that offers bike repair service and also have bikes for sale as well. I'll follow up on this review as things progress. ✌️

They were professional and courteous. They gave me the bicycle part that I was looking for free of charge, and then insisted on installing the part on my bicycle for free as well. Then they loaded up my bicycle into their van and provided a courtesy ride home for me. Prior to their departure they insisted on giving me their younger sister's phone number. I would definitely recommend their services to everyone. There were two male employees working at the time, and I was struck by the rugged good looks of each one of these gentlemen. They said that they used to be actors and they met on the set of The Young and the restless. Apparently they went halves on a lotto ticket and after winning 26 million they decided to open up a bicycle shop together so they could give back to the community. They have purchased several used cars for their customers because these folks had families to support and they were trying to ride bicycles over 10 mi to work each way. Please support these gentlemen and the work that they are doing to help our community.

These guys are awesome. Went there with a specific need and they handled it beautifully. Was charged what I was quoted. No negative issues. It's also very nice to support a business like this that, in turn, supports others in growth, education, and vocational training as they do. If you haven't read their story, take the time to do so. It's very worth it.
