I really love to do here. The convenience to all the shops, movies, great for watching gamesat the bar, food, and parking. The space is beautiful. The vibe is family oriented or great f for dates, friends hang out. I like the fact that it's not to many seats inside each theater room. The reclining chairs are a great touch. Ordering and having your food right at your seat while you watch you movie is great.

The premium pricing here does not equal a premium experience. They desperately need to replace their chairs. Last night we came to a movie and nearly every single chair, minus 2 that you could tell were newer than the rest, were as threadbare and gross as the seats in my picture. The seats pictured were our seats - they smelled a little musty/mildewy and the seat cushioning was worn down to the point where you could feel the metal bars. This theatre is expensive and supposed to be a premium experience. If you come on a weekend, two adult tickets will run you just under $50. Then if you order food and drinks - you're now looking at more $100+ for a trip to the movies. And that doesn't include parking if you are driving to BCC. So the least you should expect is an up kept place. Also, I had taken a break from this theatre for a while too because for some reason for the last several movies we came to, it seemed to have become the norm for people to just talk the whole movie and for parents to ignore their kids while they just talked and played around the theater. You might expect that in a kids' movie, but none of these movies were for young children. I've never seen anything done about it, so don't expect theatre etiquette here. The servers are usually nice and the food is OK, but I think some of their menu items could use an overhaul and include more shareable items.

We had a great experience at CMX Bistró. The food was surprisingly good for a movie theater well prepared, tasty, and served promptly. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout, which really added to the overall experience. The theater itself was very comfortable. The reclining seats were spacious and perfect for enjoying the film in total relaxation. It definitely feels like a premium cinema experience. Also worth mentioning: the restrooms were clean and well maintained, which is always appreciated. All in all, a very enjoyable night out. Would definitely come back. 🇺🇸

I had high expectations going into CMX Brickell City Centre, considering its reputation as a luxury movie theater. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what was advertised and certainly didn’t match the price tag. Right from the start, the condition of the theater was underwhelming. The chairs were visibly scratched and worn, and one of the tables at our seats was leaning to the side, as if it had been broken for a while. It felt neglected, not premium. We also encountered frustrating inconsistencies with the menu. The prices listed didn’t match what we were actually charged, and to make matters worse, they were out of several ingredients at 3 PM in the afternoon. That’s hardly peak hours, and definitely not an acceptable time to be out of basic menu items. The bathrooms were another low point. The floors were sticky, dirty, and in disrepair. It’s hard to relax and enjoy a movie when the facilities feel unhygienic. Overall, it felt like I paid luxury prices for a subpar, borderline rundown experience. Between the broken furniture, misleading pricing, missing menu items, and unclean environment, CMX Brickell didn’t deliver on its promise. Sadly, I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made.

Date night at CMX Brickell was disappointing. At first glance, the venue looks impressive, but once inside our theater, the AC was out. They had a single small fan running for the entire room, leaving it hot and muggy—like sitting outdoors in Miami at night. To make matters worse, the recliner leather was torn and worn, the restrooms were unclean and lacked toilet paper and soap. The saving grace of the evening was the food, which was very good, and our server Dominique, who was understanding and accommodating. Thanks to her, we decided to stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to expectations, especially for the price point for tickets and food for two.
