I typically go to a different shop but due to work later than usual, they were pretty packed so I tried CNN nails out, as they were located right across the street. Initially, my experience was a little off but decent. Their pricing is extremely high Considering the subpar quality. My nails began to come off two days later. So I went back for them to fix the one now that came off and the one that was lifting. They first were trying to charge me for it. The lady who did my nails her name was D. She and the lady Who is fixing my nail stood over me, speaking in a different language and you can tell that they really didn’t want to fix my nail. I had a French tip on the set that I have pictured, but the lines were crooked so I had her removed that as well. I think it is really rude that they don’t talk to. You only speak to each other in their language. It’d be different if they didn’t know English, but they do. They need to understand that that’s rude and that makes their clients feel extremely uncomfortable. I definitely will not be returning! My nails are the one thing that I actually do keep up with and take pride in. Oh, and one more thing, the acrylic was not filled in properly, and it did not cover my entire nail when I tried to explain that I was completely ignored!

These nails DONT MOVE!!! I work in a fast pace environment, opening and closing doors and cabinets and have broken nails constantly (from other nail places!!), so I’ve been reluctant to get more nails until recently. I’ve gotten 3 sets done here and each time I’ve went, I’ve LOVED my design!! My nails have been on for over two weeks now and still after bumping my nails, the polish hasn’t chipped or cracked, and each nail is STILL IN TACT

I’ve been going here since 2016 and I travel 45+ to get here and at one point it was well over 1 hour. It’s been declining since Lily is there less often. Today the younger guy in the front was filing my nails and I said it was burning as he was going very aggressively. He said he wasn’t touching my skin. I said I understand but the speed in burning my nail. He says well I don’t know what you want me to do!, I said ok no problem and left since he wasn’t able to turn the speed down. I have been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for over 20 years I’m not stupid. He was filing too hard and instead of being considerate to the paying client he was dismissive and disregarded what I was experiencing. Will never come here again. I come all the way from Plainfield, tip 20% there’s no way I should get treated that way. Also the used to be cleaner, they’re not evening having people wash their hands before services anymore.

WORST NO-CHIP EVER!! I’ve been going to this place for years and it used to be my go to. Over time, the prices started to become unreasonable especially for fake nails. I decided to go back last week for just a regular no chip on my nails, which was pretty cheap. Not even a full week of having my nails, my nails began to chip on both hands. When the woman was doing my nails, she was using some off brand polish that isn’t even sold in America! I guess you get what you pay for and now i see why it didn’t cost much. Safe to say CNN Nails has lost a former loyal customer.
