Columbia boots are officially TRASH!!! Got some boots, wore them 5 times. They are literally disintegrating! Will not buy anymore product. I added pictures so you can see. Virtually no wear on treads yet they fall apart. I gave customer service a chance and they said their hands were tied if the manufactured date is more than one year old...... bogus, North Face gets my business now.

A garbage scamming company. They advertise on the website that $25 dollars pays for 1-2 shipping. I ordered Thursday, and just got a note saying late Monday is the arrival. Then customer service wants to make a thousand bs excuses with no resolutions saying on the 1-2 days applies 72 hours after an order and only Monday to Friday. That's not 1-2 days at all!!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! 1 star is even too much. I ordered 3 items as Christmas gifts. I received an email that they delivered but i did not get them. They used some company called OnTrac and cannot show any proof of delivery. I opened investigation 12/12, have made 4 phone calls since then, it is now 12/27, i had no Christmas gift for 3 people and they still do not know where the package is. Why a company as big as Columbia doesn't accommodate its customers is sad, just resend items. It also does not help that their customer service reps don't actually work at the company and there is no overhead managers that can resolve the issues. Get with it Columbia...your losing customers.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. I ordered 2 items a few weeks ago and after ordering. Realized that my Apple Pay automatically changed the address to a previous address I called to attempt to cancel or change my order and nothing could be done. It took 3 days to ship my order. After talking with a customer care associate, he recommended redirecting the shipment via UPS so I went onto UPS to redirect and woke up the next day to have a notification from UPS stating that the sender restricted changes to delivery address. It’s really frustrating because my stuff was delivered 3,000 miles away with no way of knowing if the current tenants returned the package or kept it for themselves. At this point I would much rather just get my money back and never deal with Columbia again. What a nightmare.

Deplorable customer service. Long hold times. They encourage you to use their chat feature, but every single time I’m “next in queue” it says to call them! Whoever runs this part of the company should be terminated. Wasting over an hour of my day because they use a terrible shipping company that stole my merchandise. Their photos of the delivered items shows them in the back of their delivery truck. Thieves! I have been buying Columbia merchandise for 30 years. Never again. You suck
