I know your store for a long, long time, never been inside and last Saturday I came with my grandson thinking that because your are big I was not going to receive any attention. This place is horrible, dropped off a custom rod a month ago to get a guide fixed. The repair guy ended up snapping my rod. I asked for them to please make me a new one to compensate for them having messed up mine. I had a fully custom miami vice themed rod and to make it easy on them i had even told them to just make it all black so its cheaper for them. Been over a month “still waiting on parts”. a whole month and a rod has not even started to get built. Incredibly rude the way they talk to me like if the rod snapping was my fault. I do not recommend
