I've owned by DUI drysuit for 4 years now. It took several months to receive it because of delays in manufacturing and errors in the order. It's performed as expected. I have noticed that the stitching and attachments on the arms have started to fray. I use it as a volunteer dive team member so it does get a lot of use. The model purchased is a TLS 350 Public Safety. The reason I gave two stars was their recent announcement for providing discounts to divers. They only extend discounts to paid instructors, dive masters, and first responders. They continue to ignore the fact there are are a lot of volunteer first responders and dive team members. These are the folks that could use the financial assistance the most. They're volunteers. Not paid. They do this to serve their communities. So you would think that a company like DUI would extend them the courtesy. To make things a little easier for them to do the hard work that no one else wants to do. Instead, they decided that they can go to their local dive shop and maybe the shop owner will extend to them a discount. But as we all know, those shops still have to keep the lights on. Do the right thing and change your policy.

I don’t have enough space and there are enough verbs to express the perfection of Zen and their staff. Fast forward, I have dealt with Tor Ericsson from DUI and have found his advise, professionalism, commitment and customer service is impeccable. I had some questions for The Repair Department, Deone. After ordering my DUI dry suit (no fault of DUI) I decided to contact Repair department. The return procedure, advise, and the ease of making some changes wanted to make was simple and convenient. DUI Staff your are an amazing company thank you so much for all you do.
