The Shark Diver staff were amazing and very helpful with everything from booking to where to meet up and the latest COVID guidelines. Whenever I had a question, Cindy responded immediately with whatever I needed to know. The trip itself was beyond amazing. The boat and crew were wonderful, very kind and professional. The diving itself was out of this world. I am not a certified diver, have never done any kind of diving whatsoever, yet I had no problems after the dive masters went over the basics with me. Seeing these remarkable animals in their natural habitat - curious about us but never aggressive - was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend Shark Diver to anyone wanting to see sharks up close and personal (and possibly even name one!). I hope to take another trip with them soon!

Shark Diver is the best of the best! From the start they are courteous and professional. They are very accessible if you have any questions. Departing from San Diego was a breeze. During the trip they are considerate to laws and regulations of the site, the safety of the guests, the crew and the safety of the animals is always paramount. Guadalupe Island is the top place in the world to see Great White sharks and Shark Diver is the perfect company to see them with. They gave me an amazing, life-changing, bucket list checking off, experience that I will never forget. If I ever I have the opportunity to go back, I would not even consider any other dive company.

Diving with the great whites EXCEEDED my expectations! It was an adrenaline filled vacation seeing these mighty sharks in action. The crew aboard was fantastic - knew all of our names by the first day as well as our preferences for hot drinks, meal orders, etc. And they were helpful getting us into and out of the cages safely and quickly. The Great Whites put on a dramatic show and having a marine biologist and a shark conservationist aboard deepened our understanding and experience. I highly recommend Shark Diver for a thrill of a lifetime!

Once in a lifetime trip!! Go for a special event: birthday or anniversary. You will be happy you did! Crew is awesome and attentive to every detail. (Special thanks to : Osa, Rodolfo, and Tony) Amazing marine biologist onboard as well. You will leave with a new appreciation for the beauty of these creatures. Don't worry if you can't get great photos because their photographer is outstanding and you will leave with a video to remember your adventure. I am planning on going again.

Paid the deposit for a trip about 5 months prior to the trip. Two months after paying the deposit, they raised the price (due to park fees going up) - I chose to cancel (for other reasons as well), and they confirmed to me they were able to sell the ticket to another guest. However, they refused to refund the deposit to me "until the boat actually sailed". After this, the emails also stopped being responded to, and I had to settle this with my CC company. During that process, they flat out lied and said 'the trip was actually for 2025 so we are not refunding it'. Avoid at all costs.
