El Captain Q and guide first mate Marlene are the best in the business! We have lived in San Diego for 30 years and always wanted to do the land and sea tour, and an unfortunate cancellation in Big Bear set up for the perfect staycation and Seal Tour! First off it starts with a delicious lunch at the Carnitas Crack Shack iykyk, trust me get either the Nashville Hot or Triple Threat sando with fries. I bet everything is good but those are my mainstays. Sooooooooooooo good! Hop on right there at the embarcadero, after signing your stuff, and grab a seat on the left! Best action happens there. Fun road tour that strangely mentions the Manchester Grand Hyatt 5 times and then get ready to hit the water. If you go early in the day you may catch dolphins training for the military, but you're always going to watch sea lions and seals. The fun thing for us being locals was the various bits of trivia that Marlene will bestow on you. Stuff I have always wondered but never knew! Captain Q was very engaging on the workings of the amphibious machine, telling us some super awesome Intel! Oh and you get to see a good amount of military aircraft, submarines and boats, very very cool. My only suggestion for the company is to do adult beverage tours maybe at sunset. That would make me a repeat customer for sure! Either way it's worth every penny and I highly suggest this to tourists and residents alike. Awesome stuff!

We had an Amazing time on this tour!! I’m writing this review two weeks later so I can’t remember the name of our tour guides. But they were amazing. We began our tour on seaport village. If you are in the area you must try this tour. We knew we needed to check in but we assumed it was at the vehicle and not around the corner at a window. So be mindful. They scan your ticket and give you a sticker proving that you paid. We caused a delay because of this.

Such a great tour! I knew we'd see some seals but didn't realize we had a chance to see dolphins too. Lots of great information was shared about San Diego and the nearby areas. Lots of information about the various Navy ships and the San Diego Naval history too. Not just facts, but Lt. Dan made it fun too.

What a wonderful time we had with Captain Chris, and first made Elsie. Elsie was very knowledgeable. Made the two hours a very, very enjoyable adventure. We got to see lots of sites and heard a lot of history as well. They even used a lift for my mother who is 90 and couldn’t walk up the ladder I thought that was exceptional customer service!!!

We had so much fun! I live right here near Shelter Island and see the Seals everyday. It was a real treat to go on the water from the land. We saw sea lions and many types of birds. The host was great- her name was Deahna and the captain was Cameron. Very much worth the money in my opinion. And a great way to see Sam Diego if you only have a short time.
