I will never use this company ever again. It started well. I took a bike with a day pass, and returned it. When I tried to get a 2nd bike, it did not work and was showing that the bike was still in use in the history on the station. I called immediately. Employee (#1) confirmed that it was still being used and strongly advised me to go back to the station I left it emphasizing that I was still responsible for the bike ($1200). I took a cab and rushed there. The bike was not there, I called again. This time, someone else discussed with me (Employee #2). She says: "I don't know what my colleague said, but the bike was returned". She didn't want to take any responsibility, nor tried to do any business courtesy move to make it easier because of their system glitch. At the end of the day, your serviced did not cost me 15 dollars + tax. It costed me an additional 50 dollars in raoming fees (approximately) + a 10 dollars cab fee and about 1 hour of my time during my vacation. They for sure don't have a reliable system at all.
