TLDR; Went for bike, left a happy camper, clearly. Went in looking for a new bike. Kind guy at the desk asked what I was shopping for, and my budget - great start. I told him I had a few bikes in mind, and wanted to physically see/ride them. He suggested something I had put off, as it was probably more what I was looking for. Set me up with a couple to test on their small single test track out back. I ended up loving the one he suggested. They inspected it, set the inital sag, and entered all the info for the warranty with the manufacturer. Great deal on the bike, too. Left a very happy camper. Recommend.

I’ve had service done here several times, and they’ve always done a great job at a fair price. Today I needed something different. My husband was too exuberant in trying to stabilize a couple bikes in the back of my minivan, and they became stuck due to the tension in the rear seatbelts. Rather than cut the belts and have them replaced at a substantial cost, I drove to The Bicycle Chain to ask for help. Bill came out and freed them with no damage! Not only did he save the bikes and my van, he may have also saved my marriage. 🙌
