So I dropped off a moto e-bike here… I bought upgraded breaks due to mine being broke. Come to find out they wouldn’t fit, guy said he could fix my original one and to send the new ones back. Told me it would be done by Saturday. Three days go by no call no nothing so I go to pick up my bike on Saturday and nothing was done bike was never even touched. When picking up nothing was discussed about ordering a new break or what could be done to fix the problem they just rolled the bike out. Definitely will not be back! What you should have done is hey we can order this or that and get you right but literally nothing was said! Now I don’t spend a lot of time in bicycle shops but I have been around actual motorcycle shops my whole life, you don’t run a business like that! You try to fix the problem if you can’t you give them options or solutions to resolve the issue. To just push my bike out and look at me is wild lol I’ll do it myself. The money I spend on bikes though… you’d think they would do their best to help!
