I only lived here for 4 months but my experience here was perfect! The location cannot be beat- there are tons of great restaurants and bars walkable on the same street. Glenwood Avenue bars do get loud on the weekends but the convenience makes it worth it. Sometimes I could even hear live music from the bar on my balcony, which was cool. The train horn is very loud, that is the only downside. Other than that, the gym and amenities has everything you need and more! The staff, especially Anthony, was super helpful for all of my questions and made moving to a new city so much easier. I would definitely live here again if I am back in Raleigh!

I really love living at the Gramercy. They’ve got really great amenities and it’s simply just a beautiful place to live compared to other places I have seen in the area. My only complaint would be that the coffee machine seems to be down more often than it should be, but that’s not the end of the world!

Loved living at the Gramercy. You will see in some of the reviews that things did happen, however I think management handled it as best as they could at the time and are very responsive. The complex is very clean! I had one issue about my washing machine, but the maintenance team was very responsive and timely as they replaced it in 1 day! Amenities are well kept, the pool parties were always fun, especially the sponsored ones!

The Gramercy Apartments are such an ideal place to live in Raleigh. I've lived here for about one year and have been consistently impressed with the staff, grounds, and neighborhood. The staff are so accommodating and friendly - they really do go out of their way to make you feel at home and make sure all of your needs are addressed. The grounds are well-kept and beautiful. My unit looks out over the pool and I never take my small deck for granted. It's such a nice spot for morning coffee or early evening dinner. The neighborhood is fun, safe, and walkable. There's plenty of parking available for visitors and certainly no shortage of places to visit or things to do close by. I've moved a lot over the last few years and have lived in a lot of apartments & the Gram is far and away my favorite. 10/10 recommend!

Living at The Gramercy has felt like a dumpster fire since the day we moved in. The first 24 hours, we had an eviction notice on our door. Apparently multiple people around the building accidentally received an eviction notice, including us, who had just moved in and were in for quite a shock when we received it. The first year at The Gramercy was fine. The pool was fun and the people were nice. The second year was another story — Fire alarms went off on a weekly basis, entire apartments flooded from a false fire alarm, the occasional dog poop in the hallway, the time a guy popped off his gun near the pool, and now for the last hurrah, we received a debt collection notice that we do not owe. When we moved out, our move out statement showed that we owed zero dollars, but The Gramercy sent us to collections anyway. Good luck getting in touch with Greystar Receivables, we haven’t gotten an update in months! I do not recommend living here. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
