After calling several bike shops in Peoria and Glendale and being told “they couldn’t help” with my son’s electric power goat bike I found Rogue Electric Cyclery. They were willing to look at the bike and be honest about their ability to help. The shop was clean and organized. Dave was patient and optimistic with his ability to help but he also offered “no guarantee” he could fix it. But after a few days he messaged me back and told me he had it all fixed and it was ready to go! This bike is my 14 year old’s. He worked all summer and fall going house to house to clean trash cans and wash cars to save up enough to buy it. It got wet when the park sprinklers turned on when they were playing basketball. The bike was right on top of one those powerful, large sprinkler and it got soaked. He had worked so hard and only had his bike a few months before this happened. He was devastated. This is how all his friends hang out, how he gets to the gym, and he had worked so hard to get it. Dave, not only got the bike fixed up quickly, he restored my son’s ability to hang with his friends, get to the gym, and be free. Can’t thank him enough! If we ever have problems, we’ll be back even though it’s a bit of a drive for us. Thank you!
