This was my first time coming to Forever Beautiful and it was also my daughter’s first time getting fake nails. Ivy did an amazing job making me feel comfortable with this process and made sure her nails were not super long but age appropriate. Ivy was really sweet and the service was nothing short of amazing. She told me all the pricing before we sat in her chair and she even gave my daughter extra rhinestones on her fingers as a bday gift. I will for sure be back and when you stop by ask for Ivy she really is the best.

Very rude. I got a mani pedi and everything was fine until it came time to pay. I inquired about paying my bill via zelle. They informed me that zelle has a transaction fee. I inquired about that because I have paid numerous merchants via Zelle and never have I been charged a transaction fee. They told me they would wave the transaction fee and next time bring cash. I paid my bill. After I paid they started demanding a tip. I had just paid $105 for my mani pedi and I have never been to a shop where they demand a tip. This ruined the whole experience and the lady continued to be combative saying the money I paid was for the bill and now I need to tip for service.

Walked in for a pedicure. The end result was fine, and my nails were painted. The process was painful as she was pushing back and clipping cuticles. Foot and leg massage were also painful. I pulled my foot back twice - she said my skin was "not broken" - she didn't make me bleed. Tech told me to enter a tip before she'd run my card, and then told me I had "no money" when the card reader returned an error message. (It was fine. There was money. She had to swipe it again) I've had decent experiences for random walk-in mani-pedis here before. The shop is clean and looks nice.
