Paulo and his wife were AMAZING to work with. My husband and I got married and had our reception at their venue. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. They did an EXCELLENT job bringing our vision to life. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us. They were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Simply put - if you want genuine hospitality, look no further than Fratti's Event Center! We had an event in Raleigh, NC, and our initial event space fell through at the last minute. With a week to go before Memorial Day weekend, Paulo and team were gracious enough for us to use their space and did their utmost best to accommodate us. The venue had parking space to accommodate all our guest's cars, and the venue was large enough to comfortably seat everyone as well (about 120 people). Paulo and team helped set up tables and chairs beforehand, so that we could just come in and add final touches; their effort were not required at all, but this speaks to their hospitality mentality. As our event went on, we needed some help with rearranging things or even with supplies. Further into the night, more event logistical complications crept up and we needed help with that too. Nevertheless, Paulo and team attended our event and were more than gracious enough to help in both a professional and personal way. They were observant and communicated things we can do to make the event better as well. This really helped make our event a success and all guests left fully enjoying themselves in this event space. After the event, we received a professional email from Paulo to debrief where the event succeeded and where it had shortcomings. The team was very open and honest, and that was very much appreciated as this was constructive feedback that we can use to grow for future events we will hold. All in all, we really enjoyed the hospitality and respect that Paulo and team showed us for our [cultural] event, and would like to really sincerely thank them for it all. I would highly recommend Fratti's Event Center as your future event's venue space!

Love Love Love!!!! If you are looking for an event space Fratti’s is it! I will start by saying I never leave reviews, however, I was impressed with the venue and the owner I had to share. I started planning a party in Raleigh, while located in Washington DC, less than 60 days out and Paulo was incredible. He responded to messages and calls quickly and provided tons of information on the venue and services. The venue offered a variety of add-on services which made the planning so easy. I was able to book the 360 camera, the cash bar, his wife made the cake and his crew set up all the tables and chairs. There was even an option for table centerpieces. It’s really a one stop shop for events. The venue has sleek sliding doors, a host/reception area displaying lights on the green wall and floor, there was even a screen that displayed my mom’s picture and seating assignments for guests. The actual party room was large enough to accommodate over 100 guests, 12 round diner tables, 4 tables for the caterer, the DJ equipment, 360 camera, the bar, a balloon backdrop and enough space for dancing. Paulo met us at the venue the morning of which allowed for decorating and any last minute changes. Paulo was there the entire event to assist with any concerns and operate the camera for guests. I could literally go on and on about Paulo’s exceptional customer service and how he made this process so smooth and easy for me. The guest are still sending messages complimenting the venue and party.
