Great place! I needed a new capacitor for my AC but the HVAC supply places I around here would only sell to contractors. Someone recommended Grainger and I was able to find the part online and have it waiting for me when I got there. Instead of waiting for Amazon delivery and getting a crappy generic one I was able to get a quality, brand name part right away. Saved me $300 by being able to repair my AC myself.

I’ve shopped here and at other Graingers in the past and the female working up front offered the worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. To start she has an attitude before I even said anything after waiting 10 minutes. She had zero interest after I asked if they had something in store and acted as if it was trouble looking it up on there computer. Pretty poor expensive, the older gentleman working next to her was helping his customer without any complaints, answering all his questions, and not acting like it’s a big issue assisting people. I would avoid this location if you want ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I want to give "Captain Morgan", (I swear that's what his name tag said) from store #253, a huge thank you. I was on a mission to find a specific bolt to put my trundle bed together. After a few attempts to find it at the big box stores and a couple failed online orders, I decided to try Grainger. He brought out his board to see what would fit the little piece I had. After a few tries, he realized that it was probably a metric bolt that I needed. After searching the computer, he found that y'all didn't have it. So he did the next best thing, he printed the page with the correct size on it. I was able to order them online and they fit perfectly!!! THANK YOU!
