Used to love this store! Unfortunately, Trev at the deli counter refuses to do his job. I asked for 2 specific items. He said they were prepackaged in a different section. This is not what I wanted and regardless, they weren’t even available. Even after telling him, he refused to help. Worst customer service ever.

Avoid this store until they get their parking problems figured out. The Harmons parking lot fills up quickly with people going to events across the street at Millcreek Common. After the lot is full, you have to choose between waiting 15 minutes for someone to leave, risk getting towed, or give up and go somewhere else. Towing is aggressively enforced.
