Nice marina, have to scan your fob to get in anywhere, kept clean and maintained, respectful boat owners that are friendly, good pricing and they've added to the security measures with better fencing and gates and cameras. It's nice having regular restrooms with showers right on the docks. That's a huge bonus. I love that it is very secure compared to many other marinas in the area.

My daughter and I have gone two Saturdays in a row, to take ourselves and our pup for a little outing/walk. This last time the rain stopped just as we arrived and we encountered a Huge flock of ducks and sOMe giant geese - it was obvious that they get fed there, because they were very friendly and only did little hop flights away from our dog (who either wanted to play or have dinner). We're definitely going to bring some frozen peas next time (a duck, duck, goose and swan favorite!). There's what looks like a long trail along the water - it's winter (and it was raining the 2nd time) so we didn't make it very far - that people were jogging on. Looks like a good place to ride bikes when it's less rainy (at least with kiddos). And there's some sort of restaurant on the water (by the bridge - in case someone reads this and there's a parking lot at the end of the trail we didn't get to), and the parking lot was packed - at 4:30 on a rainy winter day. Having worked in the restaurant business when I was younger, this means: the view is great and the food is at least decent. But given the weather that day, I would guess the food is pretty good on its own. If we go have lunch or dinner there, I'll have to let you know. And if anyone goes based on this review of the Vancouver Waterfront Renaissance Trail --- I just zoomed on the map and the restaurant is Who Song & Larry's (Mexican $$), which may be a very clever play on words re: famous restaurant in Baja California, Husong's Cantina.
