The Leigh House has been an amazing experience and the most comforting place to call home following a cross-country move. The office and maintenance staff are so friendly and nice to have a chat with when passing through. They are a very kind bunch. Everything is well-maintained and clean. The community is very dog friendly. The staff also does multiple events / giveaways a month from coffee and free lunch in the lobby, to music and games by the pool. Pretty sweet perks! I love the location in walking distance to food plazas and near the parks. If you want to be in the city without the chaos of a city, this is a great spot to tuck into.

** I do live at this complex, I am not writing this review under my real name. Hope this helps! Leigh house is a good property, but isn't taken care of. The staff is nice, but the property is kinda dingy and dirty. There is a HUGE roach problem, the insulation from outside to inside of the building isn't consistent, the gate attached to the main building has been broken and they refuse to update residents with any kind of plan to fix it (Which is an invite for car break ins - which have occurred and still months later the gate is still not fixed :P ), the hallways stink, there is never soap in the community bathroom, the side white gate closest to CVS is also unlocked, etc. My biggest issue is the gate, Grey Star is typically a great property mgmt company but they drop the ball with this property. I think for what you pay to live here, you can get so much more at one of the *NEWER* properties in the surrounding area. The units themselves are nice and spacious, but the building is not clean or kept up with. When you tour, ask them about the gate being broken, and also ask them how long have they been in the process of getting it fixed. Why would you want to live somewhere that doesn't make security and/or cleanliness a priority?
