I had a lovely manicure from Bo today! The space is lovely, there is complimentary tea and water, and a sunny seating space. You do need to crouch down to see regular polish colors (not a problem for me but a note for those who may have mobility needs). Gratuity is included!

Incredibly unimpressed with the manicure. There was no top coat added, which I have never heard of or experienced anywhere before, and 24 hours later they’re already chipped. The paint was uneven, and started so far below my cuticles it looks like I have over a week of outgrowth. There was also no dryer or UV light, I was told to just wait and air dry which I found odd for a professional salon. The massage/pedicure service I received was outstanding (though no top coat or dryer for that paint either), and the service was really good/friendly. I would recommend doing a massage service and going elsewhere for paint.
