We ordered 3 sushi rolls and they were all great. Interesting and yummy ingredient combinations. The only improvement I could see is with rice quality… it’s not as gourmet or soft as your typical fancy sushi and omakase places but still the sushi is amazing. We ordered a spin on the California roll expecting it to have imitation crab (since I am allergic) and my partner was pleasantly surprised it was all snow crab! What a treat for him. My mistake for not asking but just speaks to the quality of ingredients! The drinks were also great… wide range of cocktails! I love that in the description they tell you what type of cocktail it is (if it comes tall, over a large ice cube, straight up etc). Staff was amazing too, very friendly and attentive.

This is the best bar in the whole city of Seattle. Liberty has the most incredible and creative cocktails, and the sushi is some of the best in the city. I really lovely staff and the atmosphere too, I have spent hours here at a time. I’ve lived in Seattle for 6 years and this is my favorite spot and nothing else I’ve found in the city matches Liberty.

This little hole in the wall is a true gem. The art is interesting, the sushi was terrific, and the cocktails are unique and there's something to excite every palette. We were a tough group to please with a variety of interests and some picky eaters, and Liberty impressed us all. The one note is that this isn't ideal for anyone with hearing challenges as the music was quite loud. With that said, I'd recommend you check it out, particularly for the unusual mixed drinks. You won't be disappointed!

The place is relatively small but has a very relaxing setting. There are many alcohol options, and the bartender is very talented. We sat at the bar area and watched the bartender when he made the cocktails, and it was like a show, which was great. The cocktail was very tasty and well balanced. Definitely will come back again to enjoy more other cocktail options.
