Since moving to SLC last January I've been looking for a yoga studio that suits me and this is it. They have a great introductory rate for anyone wanting to try a new place. I usually opt for a restorative, and also tried the "hips and heart" class - genius. I also love that they have a weekly sound bath and themed classes in rotation. I found it easy to work the classes I want into my non-traditional work schedule. The instructors I met were all warm and genuinely welcoming. I found that the classes I attended toed the line of being a little woo-woo spiritual without making assumptions or alienating anyone in the room. One of my pet peeves in yoga is when instructors navigate my inner experience - this hasn't happened at Lila. Thank you for the beautiful community space you've created.
