This place is a Joke DHA And the Government behind this program is not Right at all for this Right now No Heat No Hot water AC filters haven't been changed had to get a water tester to test water it's Brown and Stinks very bad filled an Complaint to Code Enforcement I guess who owns this has them in there pockets no response or phone call I wouldn't recommend Please do a walkthrough before agree to contract and Husband's don't be like me work so much I didn't know anything until moving in 2grand for this No Bueno and Nasty Residents throw trash anywhere and people dogs pissing in Elevator and stairways and don't clean up behind themselves Just Nasty But they want 2k a month for a Half of a Dorm rooms put together like I said Veiw before you Sign anything No Closet like where are you suppose to put your stuff up at Nowhere can't even unpack because Nowhere to put anything if u have an family like me 4 children and wife Keep It Moving and Now watch after this someone is going to wanna reach out Well don't bother cause we Out soon as it's up I can't even believe they would want people living like this but it is under the Government and they show you better than Anyone they don't care about Nothing But The Money ...!!!!
