Had a great experience out on the boat with Melissa and Captain John on 18/7. We were so lucky to see 4 pods of 🐬 and also some 🦭on our trip . The host is super clean best rest rooms I have seen on a boat and the seating was plentiful and secure. Spotters looking out all the time and they even used a drone to find the wildlife . Definitely would use these guys again for a return visit

Had a FANTASTIC time with Wild Pacific Whale Watch! I took my mother, brother and his wife with me. Last time I was on a boat about 15 years ago while deep sea fishing my stomach didn't feel great, so I was hopeful it wouldn't happen again. I took dramamine before the trip to try to counteract the up and down effects of the waves at speed but unfortunately my body was still a bit too sensitive for it to be effective. It wasn't a big deal though since I had a very enjoyable time riding out to the open ocean with the awesomely informative narration about specific areas like the beach used by locals who can only get there by boat and North Island. It felt like taking a boat out in Grand Theft Auto Los Santos dock but for real and with less explosions, lol. When I got a little queasy, Melissa offered me some ginger tablets and a carbonated beverage and kindly kept checking in on me. When we got far enough out there TONS of dolphins were suddenly on out starboard side! So cool! About 30 mins or so afterwards we raced farther out to sea and came upon a magnificent blue whale! Apparently we're part of the only 1% of the population who's ever seen one. Unfortunately due feeling queasy and a bit weak, I didn't get a good look at the whale myself, only saw it a few feet under the water from the back of the boat, but my brother and his wife had a great view of it breaching the water from the front of the boat, with my mom getting a good look from inside the cabin. They gave us just a bit of extra time out there to get to the whale and see what we could, and then we made our way back to the coast. Fortunately around that time I started feeling much better and happily enjoyed the ride back with a smile, past Point Loma, back to the dock. The feeling of euphoria in flying over the water was a kind of fun I hadn't experienced in all too long. All in all a great trip slightly soured by only my lack of sealegs. I was very happy my family enjoyed all the benefits of the gyroscopic stabilizers which ensure they felt great the entire time. If I could figure out a way to better handle my delicate stomach which is definitely a ME problem haha, I absolutely would go for another trip with Wild Pacific Whale Watch on my own.

Recently tried out Wild Pacific for whale watching. I wish I would’ve known this company existed sooner. They will definitely be my go to for my monthly whale watching excursions. I have been on many trips like this, but this is hands down the best, and will be my go to moving forward. So excited to have found this company.
