I come to this library all the time to study or even for conference calls however, today I have experience one of the most disrespectful reactions I have ever had and it’s with this man in the photo I will never come back here because of the customer service he has presented to me I come here today March 13 around 11 AM. I was told two hours tops I should go I agreed to it that’s fine. This library is notorious for telling you you have two hours or until we tell you somebody has a reservation the man photo came to the door, telling me it’s time for me to go after another person already came up to me and told me my time was up. I looked at her. I told her I’m visibly packing up my bag not even 10 Minutes , two minutes later, the man the photo comes up to me in my cube tell me I should have left 30 minutes ago there’s no reason for me to be there very rude very Disrespectful. I explained to him nobody has told me my time was up and the lady who came before him told me that I need to get out by 130. I was actively packing. I told him that then he repeated his self and said you need to leave now. he was not nice at all I was Asked for another reservation however, he decided to call on somebody who was behind me, which caused me to leave the library because I did not want to be seen as a angry black woman. This will be my last time ever to this because of the man in the photo nasty, very racist and very evil mean spirited around Black people I can’t even imagine what he says behind closed doors, or what he is capable of .
