I came to exchange some shoes since I got the wrong ones for a gift for my brother. The person who helped us do the exchange was rude. He got mad at me when I told him I couldn’t try the shoe since the shoes were gift for my brother and he wasn’t there. My boyfriend saw what the person did and asked why or what was the problem and he said it messed up the inventory, in my head I thought it’s not such a big store like Walmart where the inventory is a lot. I guess just won’t come back here if it’s a big problem to exchange something.
