Dangerous Dive Operator – Lies to Cover Up Staff Misconduct and Ignores Safety Concerns My experience with Odyssea Adventures on August 3, 2025, was both unsafe and unacceptable. They provided me with an undersized wetsuit that caused pain and restricted my movement. When I had trouble descending, the instructor recklessly added 8lb to my weights without proper assessment, creating a dangerous buoyancy imbalance that forced me to abort the dive. Instead of addressing this serious safety issue, the company lied in their response, covered up for their staff, and has never provided any explanation for why the instructor added unsafe weight despite my repeated inquiries. They even pointed to positive reviews from other guests, but based on my experience, I seriously question how such reviews were obtained. Their actions show a disturbing lack of accountability, dishonesty, and disregard for diver safety. If you value your safety, AVOID THIS OPERATOR AT ANY COST. Reply to this LIAR company: 1. I never asked to be called “S.” I hate this nickname. The captain used my real name, proving your instructor lied. If you protect lies, your shop will eventually collapse — that is inevitable. 2. Adding 8lb at once is reckless and violates basic PADI safety standards. No professional would do this. It created a dangerous situation, and I will testify to it. 3. From the moment I boarded the boat until the dive trip ended, I never left it. It is impossible for me to have lost the wetsuit at the dock. Your claim is a lie, and your attempt to cover it up only exposes your dishonesty.

The entire experience was unforgettable – we saw a baby shark, a curious octopus, a sea hare, and tons of vibrant fish weaving through the beautiful kelp beds. Every dive felt like stepping into a living underwater paradise. Our guide, Joy, was beyond awesome – so friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire day. She made sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and had the best possible experience under the water. The food on board was delicious, the vibe was fun and adventurous, and the crew went above and beyond to make it a truly special outing.
