I just wanted to share a great experience my son and his cousin had at the Piedmont Park basketball court. Both are 10 and 12 years old and had never played basketball there before, but they had an amazing time! The court was in great condition, and the atmosphere was welcoming, with plenty of space for kids and adults to feel comfortable. The open, spacious layout allowed them to practice shooting, dribbling, and even a little one-on-one play without feeling crowded. They were both excited because they love basketball! There were two older guys that were willing to join them in a game—the friendly environment and the other players around them made it easy for them to jump in and have fun. It was so great to see them balling together. We’ll definitely be back for more sessions. Piedmont Park’s basketball court is a great spot for families, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have some fun or just to shoot some hoops!

Only 4 guys here at noon on a July Friday. When is the good basketball? With 8-15 guys?

Great place to play basketball on the weekend for full court play. Games start at 6pm

They have two caged courts, w/ a total of three hoops (one full court, the other half). It be nice to have some type of enclosure so when it rains, which it often does in Atlanta, the courts can still be used. Also, may we get a few more courts in general? If you build it, the ballers will come.
