Yesterday we celebrated my son Elath's 4th birthday, I want to tell y’all that we had a great time, since I set foot inside the place the staff was very friendly, attentive, respectful and very helpful... I was very satisfied and I liked seeing the manager I think she was very kind to everyone she gave us very clear instructions... we were happy because my son enjoyed it to the fullest and so did we. Good team of pump it up!thanks Justin and the other girl who help us🙌🏻 I recommend them and I will continue to schedule with them for my children's next celebrations🎉

I was hesitant because it looks really dirty and area's were rundown, but I LOVED it. We had such a great time at Pump It Up! My 4-year-old had an absolute blast — she didn’t want to leave! From the moment we walked in, the energy was high, the music was fun, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. One thing I really appreciated is how they separate campers from open play guests, so it never felt too crowded. You really get your money’s worth with the space and time to explore. The facility has an upstairs area and two big rooms downstairs filled with inflatables and activities that kept my kid happily bouncing (literally) from one thing to the next. If you're looking for a place where your little one can burn off some energy and you can relax knowing it’s well-run, clean, and super fun, Pump It Up is the spot. We'll definitely be back!

I had my son's 6th birthday here. It was a great experience! I really didn't have to do anything when I got there. I loved the private set up. We had a very diverse group of kids and they staff was great with them. At one point one of the hosts had to practically guard the cake to keep hands off. She was literally like a soccer goalie! I can't wait to do another party there. I don't know if it's an option, but I wish you could pay to add additional time.
