These folks live and breathe bicycles. They care about each other and care about you, the customer. I've interacted with many of the staff over my visits and everyone seems trained to the same standards of professionalism. Staff are great at expectation setting and knowledgeable in their field. Prices are reasonable. The city is lucky to have a place like this and I'll continue to fight the terrible traffic to get down here.

Just bought a bike and they were great! I’m not the most decisive and did a return/switching things around and they were super helpful/patient. They also offer great prices!

I had such good service that I can’t imagine not leaving a five star review. I broke a spoke on my rear wheel this weekend and brought my bike into the shop. They said it should take 2 to 3 days because they were closed over the holiday. The bike was ready the first day after they were open again and it rides so much better than before. All I needed was the spoke fixed, but they oiled my chain and gears and adjusted the derailer as part of the service. Maybe that is standard service for a bike shop but I did not ask for that and they didn’t charged me for it either. I will absolutely bring my bike back here!

I bought a really nice used gravel bike here, and have been back three times since then to adjust the bike. The staff here have been super patient and helpful to get me comfortable on the bike, and it is now an amazing ride! I highly recommend recycled cycles.
