Highly recommend local business!! (Side note: while my Korean father-in-law was helping me install the cargo carrier we were having trouble with, he suggested we go to a mechanic. When I took him to ReRack instead, he was really impressed that we had a business like this in Portland dedicated to outdoor travel/recreation gear! We made a stop in Portland for lunch, and ReRack was able to get me a roof basket installed (at a discounted price) in about 30 minutes! Super friendly staff too. They did a great job installing, I'm only giving him three stars due to customer service. They don't have any patients over the phone or with anybody. They won't help you out after you get the job done. If you have further questions, they do not care. I'm pretty sad about that because I like what they do. I went there twice with two different vehicles, but the people suck when you want to ask a question after the job is done and paid for. I won't be coming back for a third time. I don't recommend.
