I really loved my nails at first but within the first week they started cracking off. I got one of my nails fixed (wrong color but I ignored that) then the next day another tip cracked off. Over the following week they started coming off completely. I did call to see if I could get a partial discount considering I paid $85 to basically have nails for a week, but they could only offer me 10% off, which seems pointless. Disappointed I didn’t have the same experience as everyone else in the reviews. My dip has always lasted me 3+ weeks Update: The manager asked me to come back in for a new set and I’m really happy with my current nails. It’s been over a week and they feel strong with no signs of chips or issues. I really appreciate the customer service and willingness to make it right.

I rarely leave reviews for places but felt it was necessary in this case. A few months ago I booked with Anne for a dip appointment, and while she was super kind she did not do a good job. My nails were bulbous and painful as their were too many layers of dip and she filed my nail bed down so harshly I was in pain for days after. My nails are still recovering and I would not return here. :( Unfortunatley the photo does not do justice.
