Awesome legit shop! Aaron really made my day / week! He really cared & got my Specialized Turbo Como 5.0 IGH Ebike back & running! I stopped into River City E-Bikes a few months ago, and everyone there was great! I was interested in buying an electric bike with a throttle to ride while recovering from a knee injury. I already had a really nice Bosch-powered commuter but was looking for something different as a secondary bike. I ended up test riding and purchasing a Specialized Globe Haul ST, which has been game-changing! Love how easy it is to ride loaded up, and as a big and tall rider, it still fits me really well. The throttle makes me feel a lot safer crossing busy intersections while I commute across town for physical therapy, too. No need for a car! The purchase process was super-easy, and I was able to ride my bike home within a few days. Would happily come here again, and will need to for regular tune-ups!
