This place is amazing! We had the best service. We had been all over the valley to a few bike shops but the service we got here was stellar from the moment we set foot in the door. The vibe is chill and no pressure sales. We were looking for a specialized rockhopper for my husband and myself. We ended up buying my husband’s bike on our first visit and ordering mine later. Dylan was a huge help finding the right one for me. When it arrived it was so beautiful, and I loved getting direct messages about updates so I could ask questions and get suggestions for pedals and valves for the tubeless tires. They were very responsive and it was actually a lot of fun chatting about it with them. I would send everyone I know here that wants to get a bike. They are the best! Ask for Dylan!

Bike Masters on Ray Road (Ahwatukee) is a great store! I was referred to this location from the store manager of Bike Masters Gilbert (Eddie). Eddie understood I was going to make a significant investment into a new road bike and I should be professionally fit (a 3hr process). He could have easily recommended a bike and kept my sale in his store, but he did the right thing. He explained that Ahwatukee is the only Bike Masters location with both the equipment AND the Road Race Professional in store. After working with Patrick, Carlos and Dylan at the Ahwatukee store, I love my new S-Works Tarmac SL8 with a Dura-Ace group set (the Best, right Carlos😎🚴🚴). The team treated me like a regular the minute I walk in the store. While I love my new bike, I truly value the new friends I have at both Chandler/Ahwatukee and Gilbert Bike Master locations. The new bike market is very competitive right now and I can not recommend my team, both location, any higher. If you’re in the market, give Bike Masters a look, it will be worth your time!
