So far things look great! The owners are really nice and fairly responsive to email overtired. Construction had been slower then they planned, though, and opening has been pushed back almost a year. Sounds like it will be a great opportunity for small for businesses once it opens!

This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I have a food business and I went to there website to try and contact them about some questions I have about using their commercial kitchen. There is no phone number on their website just a contact form. I filled out the form and indicated I have a food business here in UT and that I had some questions. They responded 2 days later and told me they do free 30min. consultations to answer questions and they asked me when I was available. I responded promptly with my availability and then I received no response from them. After 5 days without a response I emailed them back and asked if they were interested in my business. The response I got from Ana is that they have a high volume of emails. Ana indicated we could reschedule the call and again asked when I am available. I again told them when I am available and I offered to meet them at the Square Kitchen. It has been 3 days and I still haven't received a response. Obviously, Square Kitchen doesn't care about my business. There are other commercial kitchens in the SLC valley, I will use one of those that cares about my business more than Square Kitchen. I would recommend you to do the same!
