Gary and team are literally the best. They’re so kind, so knowledgeable, etc. My father owned a Mom & Pop pharmacy and he prided himself and differentiated himself from Walgreen’s, CVS, and his other competition through better service and Gary and his staff are exactly the same. They treat you just like family. Anything you need, genuine advice that will best fit your game, helping you build the right arsenal of equipment, etc. Truly a blessing to have these guys here in an Austin. I just got back into bowling after an 11-year hiatus and these guys instantly got me geared up and truly back into and loving the sport again. I can’t thank them enough. What amazing service. Went there today with my son, who bowls on a Special Olympics team. His grandmother sent him a ball for his upcoming birthday. The owner helped me sneak the ball into the store and sized my son’s fingers to be able to drill the ball holes without him knowing. I told my son he was helping us figure out how to pick out the right lane balls when he goes to practices and events. BIG surprise coming in two days when we celebrate his birthday with a properly sized new ball ! Thank you so much!!

If you need a bowling ball or bowling accessories, this is the place to go. Took my daughter there to get a new ball. The staff was courteous and professional, and had our ball drilled in about 15 minutes. Prices are reasonable and service is great.

I've been going to Gary for several years now since I picked bowling back up after moving to Austin. He and his staff have always taken good care of me and offer excellent discounts for league bowlers. I've also been in the shop when they were consulting with beginners and they do a great job of making recommendations and getting new bowlers started in the sport. I'd recommend stopping in at either the Highland or Westgate locations if you're in the market for new equipment.

Wow, bowling balls have become incredibly complex, so many options, I had no idea. Gary did a great job of giving this rookie an education and helping me choose my first ball. Don't go anywhere else, just go here, you won't be disappointed. Three months update, learned a lot, went back for bowling arsenal 2.0, met Locke, the drilling master, shared my first ball issues, the new ball is drilled perfectly for me, if I don't hit the pocket it's on me, can't blame the equipment any more, these guys really know their stuff
