It is a great store whose policy is to go beyond the call of duty to make sure that their customers are satisfied with the purchase they made. I bought a pair of sneakers after trying different ones because I have difficult toes and feet, all with the help of Mr. Gordini and I was finally happy. But then I found that they were not as comfortable as I thought. I went back and asked what I could do. Mr. Gordini immediately assured me that the store would take them back. He fitted with another different style of Ghost sneakers and I have been super happy, ever since, wearing them all the time... Mr. Gordini, a big thank you! I fully recommend the store to all.

I didn’t get her name, but shoutout to the sales associate who noticed I had been given arch supports that were too small and fitted me for an appropriate sized pair, gave me advice on shoes with the brand I prefer, and validated my concerns around my alignment issues. So glad I stopped in this week!

Disabled customers take note: there is a large step leading into the store and they do not have a ramp. I have a lung condition and use a mobility scooter to get around town. My scooter had to be carried in to the store. Places like this need to keep ramps that they can use when handicapped customers come. That said, despite the relatively small size of this location compared with other Super Runners Shops (for example, the West Side) they did have a pair of sneakers that fit nicely. If the owners or manager reads this review, please get a ramp that you keep at the desk for people like me.
