If I could give this venue no stars, I would. My daughter's high school graduation party was held there and although we enjoyed the celebration, the venue is not ideal to rent. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON!! Initially we visited the venue to take a look at it and confirm that we would use it. The owner was not present for the walk through. She had a "security guard" to show the venue. He talked so much that we were confused by the time we were done. Some of the supplies that he mentioned we could use were the tables, chairs, ave table clothes. The week of the party, my mom reached out to the owner to confirm that we could use the table clothes and she was told that they would be $10 a piece. NO THANKS! The security guard mentioned that the floors would need to be cleaned when we left, yet when we arrived to set up, the floors were FILTHY!! As we were setting up, there was a random guy who we later found out was the "attendant". Not sure what he was attending as he spent majority of the time sitting outside in his dark tented car. In the storage room, there several tables in which you have to put out and set up. Fine. There were about 8-9 60 inch round tables on a flimsy cart that we later discovered someone doctored up unless the owner is not telling the truth about the cart. As we were taking the tables off of the cart, the "attendant" advised us that we could not roll the tables, but we had to roll all of the tables out into the space on this one cart that already looked as if it shouldn't have been used to store the tables. The cart was leaning and not very sturdy. As my friend who was helping to set up, attempted to roll the cart with all the tables on it as instructed, the cart and tables immediately fell over! The bar that we believe someone added to the cart, snapped and the attendant says "well that's broke" yet the whole time he saw us struggling he never offered any assistance. Again what was he there for?? She also has cameras, and you can clearly see my friend barely moving the cart because of the weight and then the cart and tables immediately falling over. My mom immediately reached out to the owner to advise her that the cart had fallen over and possibly broken in the middle during the fall. The weight of those tables was way too much for that cart. During my mom's discussion with the owner, she was advised of the cost of the cart. Per the so-called invoice that she sent my mom of where the cart was supposedly purchased back in February of this year, the cart is in the amount of $149. Looking at that cart, they have had it more than three months. Please see the photos attached so that we can all see where this person is just being greedy and unprofessional. It seems as if per the reviews on Google, she has kept people's deposits in the past. My mom was to pay a $300 deposit in which she was charged an additional $21 plus dollars due to using her credit card and not utilizing the owner's preferred method of payment, which is via Zelle and/or a cash app. Long story short if you are looking for a professional person to deal with, she is not that. She mentioned this being business, not personal! It became personal when she decided to take someone's hard earned money for a cart that clearly was not stable to hold the tables.

Me and my husband had our wedding reception here. I found out about this venue from Fb where someone recommended it to me. They allow outside food and liquor which most places around don’t allow. The owner Ashlee has been amazing and helpful since the day I contacted her and even after the event. She never once made me feel bad for asking numerous questions. Ashlee was also our bartender for the event and everyone loved her! You have to check out this place if you are looking for an affordable event center.
