Bill’s knowledge and professionalism are unmatched. He’s not the type to throw out random high prices just to take advantage of people — instead, he’s honest, educated, and extremely thorough. His customer service is a true 10 out of 10, his personality and energy are also 10 out of 10, and his attention to detail showed in how carefully he and his team handled my scooter, especially considering it has a very expensive wrap.
