Urban Exchange is the BEST! I found this place while shopping in the Promenade about 4 or so years ago, and it is an absolute gem! Casey always greets you when you walk in, and all of the women who work here are truly so kind. The owners are so wonderful, and everyone's always asking if they can help or get a room started for you. They have an incredible selection of bags, ranging from designers big and small, to their shoes, accessories and everything in between. They also have a great selection of clothing that I have found so many great pieces from. Their shoes are always sorted nicely too and by size which is helpful. The daily Instagram stories are much appreciated as well, so we can get an idea of what's new without always needing to stop in. Another thing that I really appreciate is their prices are fair, especially compared to some other resell boutiques in the area. Their inventory is a bit more modern too- with a good mix of the right kind of vintage pieces. The new display cases and lighting give it that designer boutique feel too! Overall, a great little spot to find either brand new or gently used designer items, and my mom and I always love coming in- whether we end up making a purchase or just chat with the nice gals who work here!
