Went to Urban Outfitters for the first time and absolutely loved it. The clothing sizes are actually realistic, unlike most other stores at the mall. They've got high quality clothing with great styles. If you're looking for band t-shirts, vinyls, film cameras, high quality clothing or just wanna stop and check it out, I highly recommend. The fitting rooms are open and clean (which isn't always the case with some other stores). The staff is extremely friendly. All in all, exceeded my expectations and I'll definitely be back in the future!

Love the selections that I've been seeing both in the store and on the website. It would be nice to see more items displayed in the store in sizes above a women's large. Sales and discounts also don't always sync up been online and in store. This location is clean and usually pretty neatly organized. Easy to see items on display.

This place sucks!! I came in the store, looked around for over 30 mins and there were hardly any clothers bigger than a small. The workers seemed to all been teenagers who just wanted to chat with each other. Nobody bothered to ask if I needed any help. To top it off due to the small sizing selection in this store some young girl about 14 asked if I worked as I was going thru clothes looking for mine out stuff. This just shows the employees don't want to do their job.

I liked the old store downtown Ann Arbor much better- it had a better vibe to it and a lot more stock but my son was able to find some things he wanted.. But the check out clerks were very nice and helpful. I'm happy the store is still around.
