My first time visiting the permanent store in Pike Place Market. The owner, Jonathon, is a phenomenal indie dyer. There is a wide variety of yarn types & weights. My favorite is the fingering SilkPaca. They are super friendly and happy to assist you in finding the perfect yarn/color for a project. They had a kit I wanted, but in a different colorway. Jonathan helped me find the perfect colors. I'm from out of state, so this is where I do my souvenir shopping. I also have had them ship yarn with no problems. It always comes faster than I expect! A must stop for knitters.

Have been following you on Instagram from a land far away called Iowa. Excited to make it to the Pike’s Market location this weekend. My knitting friends in Iowa and Arizona will have yarn envy when they see I made it here before them. Plan to catch the new store when we return in August. Met a great yarn dog & helper at the store. Loved the feel/texture/colors of your yarn. Thanks!

Such a nice shop and owner. I found a locally made yarn holder for knitting on the go. I really wanted to buy some of the luxurious camel and silk yarn but will just have to get some on the next trip!

I have found my Seattle fiber friends! They were so helpful when I bought my first spinning wheel. I’ve been a drop spinner for years and saving up my Christmas money for a wheel. They made sure I was set up and aware of what differences I may run into as I switched tools. The fiber I bought while I was there is gorgeous and easy to work with. There is a photo guide on the website to help find the store once you’re at Pike Place.
