I'm sorry, but it's strange to me how these are the most expensive bikes I've ever purchased and yet you can never get services completed in a timely manner. They are closed two days a week. It seems only two people even work in the shop. And then when you call for repair/maintenance estimates, they tell you loosely, "you'll have to drop it off" and not provide a pick-up time. Even if they do provide a pick-up time, they typically won't complete the repair by the estimate provided and continue to hold your bike for several more days. I mean come on guys, it's Portland. People use their bikes as their everyday commuters. You're the only Pedego location. Hire more people. Schedule more times to be open. With the amount I spent, I expected much better service. I will never purchase a Pedego again when there are so many other options that don't charge a premium for a brand name that doesn't live up to its reputation.

Just rented 4 ebikes from Pedego for the 2022 Bridge Pedal Event. Alex and the rest of the crew are fantastic to work with. They put up with my numerous calls as I was coming in from out of state and I needed to be sure to have the bikes for the big day. Really nice guys with no attitude which is the opposite of many ebike shops where I live. Bikes had good power and battery to easily go the 20 miles of the Main Ride at the Bridge Pedal Event. Thanks again guys!

We made a reservation and got a call that they didn't have anybody available for our tour and would cancel it and refund our credit card $160 They did not do so. I called again And they apologized and said they would refund the money Immediately. Still No refund. I then left multiple messages and have had no call back. They will take your money and not refund it even when the service is not provided. I gave them one last chance. If they do not refund my card I will have to hit my credit card company next. Do not rent from them

This is buy far the best experience I’ve had buying anything. Tommy was so incredibly informative and made the experience so pleasant. The bike I got is amazing. I wanted one off the floor (instant gratification) but the owner talked me into ordering the color I really wanted. I’m incredibly grateful for that. I couldn’t recommend this place more! If you have friends in town or are just looking to do something different I would highly recommend renting a bike for the day. I have taken for granted what a great bike city Portland is. If you haven’t ridden one of these bikes you should! I can’t say enough positive about this particular shop or the bikes.

I’m a huge fan of Bosch products and this line of electric bikes. I test drove the Element fat tire model and enjoyed its giddy up and go thoroughly.
