Poor service. You don’t even get greeted at the door. I found some shoes i wanted And asked about the few shoes mixed of standard/wide. Visuals looked as tho they wanted shoes stacked a certain height so figured there might be more in the back. Asked an employee if they can check for a standard size, and she said no everything is on the floor. Literally left and went to rack room shoes. Never again.

Not a very good shopping experience I had a hard time finding sandals in my size I finely found two pair I thought they were both buy one get one asked the lady to make sure she said yes charged me only to find out that only one was on that sale. I returned them. I will not be going back mainly because they rarely carry my size, and I hate to order online because I don't know how the shoes are going to look on me.

The Shoe Carnival at SPM has always been my go to. Now i will never go back. I was treated terribly. The clerk was the opposite of helpful ,with a horrible attitude toward me. like it was a chore or beneath her duties. I tried to be pleasant put shoes away that i looked at. When I finally object ed to the entire experience, I. tossed the shoes aside ,she threatened to call the police on me ,arguing with me ,saying I threw the shoes at her. That was not what happened . I ordered the shoes and 2 other pair on line ( not from shoe carnival) and got a better deal anyway. Shame on that young girl for treating a senior citizen in a matter that was anything but her job of being helpful. BT
