I was totally blown away by the friendly yet professional demeanor of the gentleman that I worked with at the TREK store in Raleigh. Lars, the sales rep at the front of the store, was super friendly and helpful. He even helped me move my bikes in and back out of the shop. The technician that I worked with in the back was phenomenal and did a quick check over of both my bikes beyond the specific issue that I was having with the brakes. I was 100% satisfied with my experience at this bike shop, and will no doubt return in the future. I can’t recommend this bike shop strongly enough!

Decided to switch my FX2 to single gear, and the staff at Trek Holly Park were more than happy to help. Shout out to all of them for the second time in helping me find everything to make it work and putting it together. Picked it up earlier today.. and it’s awesome!!
